How to Book Your Trip
Follow these four simple steps to securely book your trekking experience with Backpacking Rinjani.
Choose Your Trekking Program
Visit our packages page and select the one that suits your plans (Deluxe, VIP, or Standard Sharing). Prices adjust based on category and route.
Complete the Reservation Form
Provide accurate details (name, WhatsApp, etc). Our team will check the availability of National Park tickets, guides, and accommodation for your dates.
Receive Invoice & Pay Deposit
Once confirmed, we will send an official invoice. You must pay a minimum 25% deposit within 24 hours to secure your booking slot.
Send Confirmation
Send your transfer receipt and ID details (Passport/KTP) via WhatsApp or Email so we can officially verify your booking in our system.

Important Policies & Terms
Please read and understand the following points before completing your payment.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at our office via Cash, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card (subject to a 2% surcharge).
Non-Refundable Deposit
Deposits are immediately used to secure National Park tickets, accommodation, and logistics. Therefore, they are strictly non-refundable.
ID Documents
We require a clear photo of your KTP (Indonesian) or Passport info page (International) for official registration and trekking insurance.
Health & Insurance
Please disclose any medical history. A health certificate may be requested. We highly recommend having comprehensive personal travel insurance.
Confirm Your Payment
After transferring, please send your payment receipt along with the following details:
- Booking Name
- Invoice Number
- Trekking Date
- Trekking Program
